You can now deploy applications via Microsoft Store App (New) within Intune:

If the application appears in the Microsoft Store, then you can deploy it via this method in Intune.

However, if the application is age restricted or is a paid for application. Then it will not appear within Intune under Microsoft Store New

It will automatically fill in the information for you and all you need to do is assign it:

Take a note of the ‘Package Identifier’:
