The sharing tools are normally located in the top-corner of the tool bar. See image below:

If these options are missing. You can try the following:
Method 1) – Check Adobe Version and perform updates in Adobe.
You can check the Adobe version by going to the ‘Help option’ on the top left and selecting ‘About Adobe’.

You can compare your version through Adobe’s release notes:

Method 2) – Perform Adobe Repair:
Within Adobe, go to the ‘Help’ option on the top left and select ‘Repair Installation’.#

Method 3) – Uninstall Adobe and Creative Cloud and reinstall.
Go to the Start Menu, type in ‘Control Panel’ and open it:

Select ‘Uninstall program’

Select Adobe and hit ‘Uninstall’.

Creative cloud can prove difficult to uninstall. You can download and run the Creative Cloud Uninstaller to uninstall it. See link below:
After uninstalling, restart the device and reinstall Adobe.
Method 4) – Uninstall Adobe Acrobat using AcroCleaner and reinstall.
Adobe provides a cleaner tool to remove installations of Reader and Acrobat. See link below:
