‘Your computer’s Trusted Platform Module has malfunctioned’ – Office 365 – Error Code 80090016

This error can be misleading. Do not clear the TPM.

Go to ‘Access Work or School’

Select ‘Microsoft Account’ and select ‘Disconnect’.

Restart Device.

Re-connect through access work or school with Microsoft Email Address.
